II. After the 4-Hour Limit

• Product adjustments such as size or color changes cannot be applied
• Shipping method changes cannot be made
• The full purchase amount becomes confirmed and chargeable
If the order has already shipped by the time your request is reviewed, it cannot be intercepted or rerouted. If changes are still desired after delivery, the request will fall under ITIGOU’s standard return guidelines, including return-related costs.
III. Accuracy of Shipping Information
