At ITIGOU, we want every order to feel perfect. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered with a simple and transparent return process.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition, unworn and unused, complete with all tags and packaging, and supported by proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage may apply depending on the situation.

Returns Accepted For

We accept returns in cases such as print or production flaws, spelling errors caused by our team, incorrect color or design received, unusual stains or damage upon arrival, and any mistakes originating from our store.

Returns Not Accepted For

We are unable to accept returns in situations involving the wrong size chosen by the customer, incorrect design, text, or print submitted by the customer, or typos and customization errors caused by customer input.
