A. Order Processing
  1. All orders go through a standard 2–5 business day processing period. This initial phase allows us to verify your order, confirm product availability, and prepare every item with care.

  2. During processing, our team inspects product quality, prepares protective packaging, prints shipping labels, and ensures each item meets our standards before leaving our facility.

  3. Our business days run Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed during non-working days will be handled the next business day.

  4. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST automatically roll over to the next day’s processing queue to ensure accuracy and immediate attention the following morning.

  5. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing on the next available business day. This keeps our workflow consistent and prevents rushed handling.

B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders
  1. Customized or personalized items—such as custom names, prints, or design variations—may require an additional 1–3 business days. This extra time ensures our design and production teams can prepare your item with accuracy and precision.

  2. Bulk or wholesale orders of more than 50 units may need 7–10 business days, depending on inventory levels, production timelines, and the complexity of the items being ordered.

  3. These extended timeframes help us maintain high-quality standards, even during busy periods or large-scale production.

  4. Same-day processing is only available for orders placed before 7:00 PM EST, and only if the items are not customized or part of a bulk order.

C. Shipping Carriers
  1. Once processing is complete, your order is transferred to one of our trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or for certain destinations, DHL.

  2. Carrier selection is based on the package size, weight, destination, and which courier offers the safest and most reliable transit route at the time of shipping.

  3. We always focus on fast, secure handling while choosing the most efficient carrier available for your area.

D. Shipping Fee
  1. All domestic orders include a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.

  2. This simple and transparent fee allows us to maintain high-quality packaging materials, careful handling, and dependable delivery timelines for every order.

  3. Regardless of quantity or product type, the flat-rate fee ensures consistent shipping costs at checkout.

E. Delivery Time
  1. After your order leaves our facility, typical U.S. delivery takes about 5–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier activity.

  2. Customers in remote or rural regions may experience slightly longer delivery times due to extended routes or limited carrier facilities in certain areas.

  3. Weather conditions, local carrier disruptions, or nationwide package volume may occasionally delay deliveries. While these delays are not within our control, we do our best to monitor them and provide helpful guidance when needed.

  4. During national peak seasons—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major shopping events—processing and delivery times may extend due to high carrier demand.

  5. If your order is tied to a special occasion, holiday, or event, we strongly recommend placing it 2–3 weeks ahead of time to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  1. Alaska

  2. Hawaii

  3. U.S. Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and others)

  4. P.O. Boxes

  5. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These limitations are set by our carriers due to delivery constraints. As Itigou continues to grow, we hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

G. Tracking Your Order
  1. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact method you selected at checkout.

  2. Tracking links usually activate within 24–48 hours, once the carrier scans your package into their system for the first time.

  3. If your tracking shows “label created” for longer than expected, it may simply mean the carrier has not yet completed the initial scan—common during busier seasons.

  4. Once scanned, you will be able to track your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes
  1. Holidays and nationwide sales events often cause significant increases in carrier volume, which may extend both processing and transit times.

  2. Even expedited shipping options may experience delays during these heavy traffic periods.

  3. Weather events, especially during winter months, may also impact delivery schedules.

  4. To avoid interruptions for gift purchases or special events, we recommend ordering early and giving yourself additional time during peak seasons.
